With that done it's a woodland update from us again! It seems that the weather really cant make up it's mind recently. We've had snow, rain, high winds and finally some promising weather on the horizon. So it was once again time to take up the billhook and head down to the woods. We've finished stripping all the brash from the small trees that we had to fell. All the resulting poles are ready to go to building the essential structures in the woods and all the access routes are cleared and ready to go.
We're hoping to get a work crew together over the half term week and get out into the woods for some building, thinning and the final prep work. We'll keep you up to date, now get out and enjoy the start of the spring!
